Storage
We offer 30 days of free storage at warehouse. You can have more time to shopping. We’ll count from the date of your parcel which arrive at warehouse. After 30 days we’ll charge RM5 per parcel per day of storage fee. You need to clear all overdue parcel or pay for the storage fee in order to proceed for new arrival parcel delivery.Zebox.my have the right to suspend your account or on hold your parcel without further notice. Please take notes on this matter carefully.
Malaysia self-collection: For buyers wish for self-collection. When your parcel reached Malaysia and after payment made for the order. we offer 7 days of free storage. You can have more time to arrange pick up. Within 7 days still not collect the parcel yet, or you would like to change the delivery method, please drop us an inquiry or contact our customer service to rearrange delivery.
Compensation
Zebox.my offers free compensation up to RM200 per order for Normal items against loss, damage during shipment.
For FRAGILE and liquid items, such like lotion, beverage, glass, ceramic, crystal and others FRAGILE items, air cargo doesn't cover damages caused by insufficient or unsuitable packing or others reason. So please take note, to purchase at your own risk.
If your items are fragile items, be sure to inform the seller to do special handling and additional protection on packaging.
Refund Policy
For "Shopping Mall" And "Help Me Buy" shopper
Wrong items: If the items you received are of wrong quantity, size, color or design, please take a photo with the order number and a short description; email us within 3 days upon receipt.
Damaged items: If the items you received are found to have damages or defects, please take a photo with the order number or tracking number and a short description; email us within 3 days upon receipt.
Missing items: All orders are supposed to come with Zebox.my 's order number labels. Sometimes orders may be packed closely together and difficult to see, if you find the order number label, the item should be inside. If both the item and order number label are missing, you can tell us the missing order number, email us within 3 days upon receipt.

The compensation for wrong items or missing items is up to the full insured value. The compensation for damaged items depends on the severity of the damages and up to the full insured value. You are advised to check inspection coverage session.
Items returned to us without email/enquiry approval will not be refunded.
Please take note that quality, authenticity or functionality related issues are not covered.
Product Packaging - Damages on product packaging are not covered in our refund policy. If the items are gifts or for re-sale and extra protection on packaging is needed, it can be requested in the order remark. Additional handling charges may applied.
For "Ship My Parcel" shopper
During received goods have any cartons are damaged, shortage, unmatched M3 or weight and other matter occur, please check and take photo on the spot, indicate your matters in delivery order and please ask the sender or courier service to initial his signature to confirm your matter before he leaving your compound.
We will not responsible for any goods damaged(including fragile) due to your supplier packaging and protection job not in good condition.

Returning Item To Origin Country
For "Help Me Buy" shopper
For the issues, you can negotiate with the seller for a solution by yourself or thru us. If you need to ship the items back for refund, exchange or repair, you can either ship back by yourself or through us. Please email to zebox.my@gmail.com for more details. Zebox.my reserve the right to reject the shipment on case by case.
Please take note, we can't ship branded items, battery, liquid, other sensitive items or items that are restricted by air cargo. We have the right to deny items that may potentially cause custom clearance problems. We only accept items purchased through us.
