We sincerely apologize for giving you bad news amidst a lot of concern due to rising prices every day.
As you can see from the news, the current US inflation rate is more serious than that in Malaysia, and 

diesel fuel has already doubled. Transport companies are in a difficult situation due to oil, inflation and 

exchange rate hikes.
Last week, I received a notice from Korean Air about a rate increase, that the fuel surcharge has been 

increase from USD1.20/KG to USD1.40 will be effective from 1^st July, 2022.

We have no choice but have to increase the shipping fee start from 1^st July .In order not to increase the 

burden on customers as much as possible, parcel depart before 1^st July will continue apply to previous 

rate and only the increase in shipping fee from 11^st July (arrival date of Monday) will be reflected in 

the new rate.

We ask for your deep understanding of the force majeure situation caused by the airfare increase.

- Period of increase: From the shipment departure date on 4^th July, 2022(Monday).

- Increase rate: Additional RM1 per KG incurred on top of previous rate updates on 9^th May 2022.
-Parcel place order on 12^th July 2022 will follow the new rates.

-New rate will take effective from 12th July 2022.Please place your order ASAP if you still have any 

outstanding parcel in our MY center to avoid any additional charges. So please take notes on this matter.
