Zebox.my offers insurance for your valuable items against loss, damage during shipment and all other problems. 

The insurance cost is 3.0% of the total value of item cost (refer to your official purchased receipt). The compensation includes:
Full amount of item cost up to MYR2000

For items without insurance purchased, Zebox.my offers free compensation up to RM200 per order (tracking number)

Eg. In unfortunate case, the parcel is lost or damaged.

For fragile items, insurance doesn't cover damages caused by insufficient or unsuitable packing.
